View in the Yosemite Valley

Hi everyone, my name is Isabella! Today, we're going to go on an adventure with a painting called "View in the Yosemite Valley." Can you say "Yosemite?" It's a big word, isn't it? nn nn This painting is like a giant window that lets us peek into a place far, far away called Yosemite Valley. It's in America, and it's filled with HUGE mountains and beautiful trees! nn nn What colors do you see in the painting? That's right, lots of browns and greens, just like the real Yosemite! The artist used these colors to show us how big and strong the mountains are. nn nn See those teeny tiny trees at the bottom? They look so small compared to the mountains, don't they? That's because the mountains are SO tall! It's like when you stand next to a grown-up, and they seem like a giant! nn nn Now, look closely at the sky. What shapes do you see? Yes, there are clouds! The artist made one cloud super bright to make it look like the sun is shining on it. Isn't that cool? nn nn This painting is special because it shows us how amazing nature can be.
