Landaf

Landaf is an 1806 print by William Byrne.  It depicts the ruins of Llandaff Cathedral in Wales. The print shows a detailed view of a section of the cathedral's exterior, focusing on a large, arched window and doorway, set within a crumbling stone wall. The style is characteristic of architectural engravings of the period, with precise rendering of the stonework and a sense of depth created through shading. The scene includes gravestones in the foreground and a tree to the right, adding to the atmosphere of age and decay. The print is held by the National Library of Wales. The dimensions are 13cm x 18.9cm.
