The Pietà of Canon Desplá

La Piedad del canónigo Desplá is a painting made in 1490 by Bartolomé Bermejo that is preserved in the Cathedral Museum of Barcelona. Its name is due to the fact that the principal of work was the archdeacon LLuís Desplá, who commissioned it to have it in his private chapel. Its dimensions are 175 x 189 cm and was made in oil on panel. [1]​
