Selvaggia Sassetti (born 1470)

Portrait of Selvaggia Sassetti or simply Selvaggia Sassetti is a work made in tempera on wood created between 1452 and 1525 by the painter Davide Ghirlandaio. Its dimensions are 57.2 cm x 44.1 cm and it is located in the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, United States. [1]​

The work was part of the exhibitions 30 Masterpieces: An Exhibition of Paintings from the Collection of the Metropolitan Museum of Art of 1948, Florentine Paintings in the Metropolitan Museum of 1971, The Renaissance Portrait from Donatello to Bellin of 2012. [1]​
