
Interior of a gallery of paintings and art objects is a painting painted in oil on wood, 93 centimeters high and 123 centimeters wide, by Cornelis de Baellieur in 1637, Hans Jordaens III having intervened for the architecture and the paintings on the walls. The work represents an imposing gallery of paintings. This work entered the department of paintings of the Louvre Museum in 1864 by a bequest of Alexandre Cart.
The painting is exhibited from May 22 to September 23, 2013 in the exhibition L'Europe de Rubens at the Louvre-Lens.
