The portrait of Leo Sapieha is a painting by an unknown artist, supposedly painted in 1617. This is the only life portrait of Leo Ivanovich Sapieha (1557-1633), statesman and military figure of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania. It is kept in the collection of the National Historical Museum of the Republic of Belarus. The size of the picture is 102 × 79.5 cm.

It was kept in the collection of the Belarusian Museum named after Ivan Lutskevich in Vilnius. After the disbandment of the museum in 1944, the portrait of Leo Sapieha appeared in the Belarusian artist Peter Sergievich (1900-1984), along with a number of unique documents of the XVI century. On April 19, 1968, a portrait of the artist Sergievich from Vilnius was submitted to the State Museum of the BSSR.
