The Madonna in Glory with Child and Saints John the Baptist, Francis, Jerome and Joseph is an oil painting on canvas kept in the parish church of San Giacomo Maggiore in Sedrina. The painting, located as an altarpiece, was commissioned to the Venetian artist Lorenzo Lotto in 1541 by Bergamo merchants and is dated 1542.
