That's right! We see two different places. One is outside, like a busy market. There are barbers giving haircuts and shaves to people right there in the open air! And the other part shows the inside of a small barbershop. Can you see the tools they used? What do you think those tools are for? nn

Yes, those are scissors, razors, and other things barbers use! And look, there's even a woman helping out! She's probably serving drinks or something to the customers. It's like a little story, all in one picture! nn

The artist, Jean-Baptiste Debret, was really clever. He only used shades of gray, like a black and white photo, but he made it look so real!
