The Dance

The dance. Costumbres populares de la provincia de Soria is an oil on canvas with dimensions of 65 x 102 cm executed in 1866 by the romantic painter Valeriano Bécquer (1834-1870) for a series entitled "Pictures of customs of the Spanish provinces". He was exhibited in Las Edades del Hombre de El Burgo de Osma (Soria, Spain) La Ciudad de Seis Pisos, 1997 with the title El baile o La carreta de los pinares, number 244 of the catalog.
