
Adoration of the Kings is a painting by Gerard David, created around 1495/1505. It was painted with oil paints on oak wood in the format H 166.1 × B 123.7 cm and shows the biblical scene Of Adoration of the Kings.
It was copied from a work by Hugo van der Goes (Monforte Altar(fig.)). The work is part of the permanent exhibition at the Alte Pinakothek (bought by a private collection in Paris in 1816). The artist created further paintings with the motif around 1500 and 1515.
