The painting Más Notícias was produced by the Brazilian painter Rodolfo Amoedo in 1895. It has in the center of the composition the representation of a woman sitting in an armchair; she wears a blue and white striped dress, which has puffy sleeves and covers the character's entire body, with the exception of the head and forearms. It is possible to observe the different textures of the fabrics that make up the piece that the woman wears, these being laced, transparent and satin. The cuffs are decorated by thin, gold bracelets. The painting is located in the National Museum of Fine Arts (Brazil) and is characterized by combining traditional painting techniques with a nascent realistic movement in Brazil.
