Portrait of the artist Léopold Survage is a painting made by the Italian painter Amedeo Modigliani at the end of 1918 in Nice. This oil on canvas is a portrait of his friend Leopold Survage, a Russian painter. It is kept at the Ateneum Art Museum in Helsinki.
