Emperor Titus gives rights to Romans — an oil painting painted in grisaille technique by the Polish painter Franciszek Smuglevich in 1785, located in the collection of the National Museum in Warsaw. The canvas was created not long after Smuglevich returned from Rome, where he spent 21 years.
