The Polyptych of San Domenico is a tempera painting on wooden panel of 113 × 257 cm, dated 1323-1324, by Simone Martini, preserved in the Museo dell'Opera del Duomo (Orvieto).
Originally installed on the high altar of the church of San Domenico d'Orvieto, the polyptych was stolen by Napoleonic troops in the early nineteenth century and then returned to its city of origin and finally exhibited in the Museum of the Work of the Cathedral.
Of its seven complete elements, only five are visible, the others having disappeared.
