The Portrait of King Charles VII is a painting by the French painter Jean Fouquet made around 1450-1455 and which is one of the oldest examples of portrait art in the West. The work, painted in oil on an oak panel, is kept in Paris, at the Louvre Museum which acquired it in 1838.
