Picos de la Najarra is an oil painting by Jaume Morera and Galicia made between 1891 and 1892, in the series he made about the landscape of the Sierra de Guadarrama. The work belongs to the Spanish landscape movement, initiated by its master, Carlos de Haes, at the end of the 19th century, of which Morera was an outstanding representative. In this painting, the artist transmits the vision of a white and gray mountain adopting a solution that coincides with the European neoromantic postures, very fashionable at the time. The work is at the Jaume Morera Museum, by donation of the same artist, since 1912. Morera made another painting on the same scene. Although it was a classic theme, he did an excellent job.
