Mary Stuart, Queen of Scots, receiving her death sentence that has just been ratified by Parliament is a painting painted by Jean-Baptiste Vermay around 1808.
A version is kept at the Château de Malmaison in Rueil-Malmaison. Another is kept in Arenenberg in Salenstein. In 2014, the latter was loaned to the Musée des beaux-arts de Lyon as part of the exhibition L'invention du Passé. Stories of Heart and Sword 1802-1850.
