Karl Fredrik (1700-1739), duke of Holstein-Gottorp, married to Anna of Russia, is a painting created between 1700 and 1800 by David von Krafft. 



The artwork depicts Karl Fredrik, Duke of Holstein-Gottorp, as a young boy. He is dressed in an elaborate, ornate coat with lace detailing, and wears a large, powdered wig. His pose is somewhat formal, with his hands near his waist. He stands on a checkered floor, near a draped fabric and a helmet resting on a stand. The background is dark and shadowy, drawing attention to the figure of the young duke. The painting measures 1.2 meters in width and 1.46 meters in height, and is part of the Nationalmuseum collection.
