Landscape (Baldomer Galofre)

Paisatge is a painting on panel made by Baldomer Galofre i Giménez in 1871 preserved in the Library Museum Víctor Balaguer, with the registration number 1645 since he entered in 1956, being part of the so-called "Legacy 1956"; a set of works from the Lluís Plandiura-Victòria González collection.

It depicts a path surrounded by hills and trees. Cloudy skies as Galofre's specialty. Realism and color.

In the box is the inscription B. Galofré (lower right) Behind: Baldomero Galofré / 1849-1902; Behind: Luis Buxó Tresangels, hijo del / recorder Esteban y hermano político / by Antonio Caba / 1838-1907.
