The Beach at Hellebæk

P. C. Skovgaard's The Beach at Hellebæk is an 1858 painting. The artwork, measuring 0.6 meters in width and 0.39 meters in height, is housed in the Nivaagaard Museum. It depicts a beach scene under a partly cloudy blue sky. The beach is sandy, with dark patches of seaweed or rocks visible. A wooden structure, possibly a pier or breakwater, extends into the calm sea.
