Nursing Madonna

The Virgin of Milk (or Madonna and Child) is the masterpiece of the Spanish painter Luis de Morales. It is an oil on panel, painted around the year 1570. It measures 84 cm high and 64 cm wide. It is currently exhibited in the Prado Museum in Madrid, where it entered thanks to the legacy of Don Pablo Bosch (1915).
