Portrait of the painter Jeanna Bauck

The painter Jeanna Bauck is a portrait of Jeanna Bauck from 1881. The painting is painted by the Danish artist Bertha Wegmann in oil on canvas. It belongs to Nationalmuseum in Stockholm, which received it as a gift in 1930.

A few years earlier, Jeanna Bauck had portrayed Bertha Wegmann in their joint studio in Munich but now they had moved to Paris and it was Bauck's turn to sit model in their new workplace.
