Félix Élie Régamey, born in Paris on August 7, 1844 and died in Juan-les-Pins on May 5, 1907, is a French painter, cartoonist and cartoonist. He is the son of the painter Louis Pierre Guillaume Régamey and the brother of the painters and cartoonists Frédéric and Guillaume Régamey.
