Hando Mugasto (tot 1925 Monstrum, Rakvere, 18 januari 1907 — Tartu, 11 juni 1937) was een Estse graficus, neorealist.1924-1933 studeerde hij aan de Pallas Art School. 1935-1937 was hij pedagoog op deze school.
