麦当娜 col Bambino e un Cardellino（法语：麦当娜与孩子和一只金翅雀）是一幅蛋彩画，木板上的油画和金色为 38.8×30.5 厘米，可追溯至 1490 年左右，由 Neroccio di Bartolomeo de'Landi 制作，保存在克利夫兰艺术博物馆。
